
New Launch: Staccato Ranch
Digital commerce for a premium brand like Staccato involves more than just a standard retail transaction. As the brand expands, its digital infrastructure must support a diverse range of high-touch interactions, from specialized event bookings to property reservations and membership management.
Building on our long-standing partnership, we recently helped launch Staccato Ranch. This initiative focused on consolidating Staccato’s online presence and physical properties into a single, unified digital environment.
Streamlining the Member Journey
The primary goal for Staccato Ranch was to eliminate the friction inherent in fragmented systems. Previously, customers often interacted with multiple third-party platforms to manage bookings or memberships. By building these capabilities directly into the Staccato Ranch storefront, we have created a cohesive experience that keeps the customer entirely within the brand ecosystem.
The new platform provides members with several key advantages:
Tiered Membership Pricing: Event costs and services now update automatically based on the user's specific membership level.
Comprehensive Account Dashboard: A centralized interface allows customers to manage their membership status, upcoming reservations, and purchase history in one place.
Property Reservations: Customers can now book bay or lane reservations at physical locations with real-time accuracy.
Unified Event Management: Specialized training and shooting events are now hosted and booked directly on the site, ensuring a consistent brand experience.
Synchronizing Digital and Physical Operations
To ensure a seamless transition between the online storefront and on-site visits, Mira Commerce implemented a robust integration with Staccato’s proprietary Point of Sale (POS) system.
In this architecture, the POS serves as the foundational system for property operations, while the website provides the interface for the customer. We developed a secure API bridge that facilitates bi-directional communication between the two. When a member accesses their account or makes a reservation online, the site retrieves the most current data from the POS. Conversely, when a membership is purchased or an event is booked, that data is pushed to the POS immediately to ensure property staff have accurate, real-time information.
Operational Autonomy
A critical requirement of this project was providing the Staccato team with the flexibility to manage their own digital environment. We implemented a management system within the CMS that allows the team to toggle specific features and content modules independently. This reduces reliance on external support for routine updates and ensures the brand can remain agile in response to changing business needs.
