The Challenge

How can Barnes Bullets, a premium brand, elevate its online presence to match its product quality, improve the customer experience, and drive significant ecommerce growth?

Mira Commerce tackled Barnes Bullets' challenges with a thoughtful redesign and replatforming strategy, built for both immediate impact and lasting success. We started by carefully migrating their entire product catalog, customer data, order history, and content from WooCommerce to BigCommerce. This technical migration was handled with care, ensuring all data moved smoothly and creating a strong, flexible foundation ready for future growth, more visitors, and new opportunities.

Next, we focused on making their brand shine online. We developed a new website design that truly captures Barnes Bullets' premium quality and craftsmanship. This involved a focus on visual storytelling, using stunning imagery, elegant fonts, and a polished look that perfectly captures their brand. Our goal was to create an engaging online space that connects with their audience and shows their dedication to quality.

At the same time, we put a lot of effort into making the user experience better. By understanding how users interact and what works best in the industry, we created easy-to-use navigation and smart product filters. This optimization ensures that customers can easily explore products, quickly find what they need, and connect more with the brand. The smoother shopping journey reduces frustration, makes customers happier, and encourages them to come back for more.

Finally, we carefully added key technologies to boost functionality and provide helpful insights. This included StoreMapper, a tool that lets customers easily find local stores selling Barnes Bullets, connecting their online and in-store experience. Beyond direct sales, we also brought in smart analytics and tools to track how users interact. These tools give Barnes Bullets rich data, helping them make smart decisions for marketing, managing inventory, and personalizing experiences.
