  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Executives, Engagement Managers, and Engineering Leads to design solution architectures, develop proposals, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and provide accurate work estimates and implementation plans.

  • Demonstrate platform capabilities by showcasing BigCommerce features, APIs, integrations, and real-world headless composable commerce scenarios that align with client goals.

  • Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations, effectively communicating solution value, architectural vision, and competitive differentiation to business and technical stakeholders.

  • Support delivery teams by reviewing solution designs, ensuring technical integrity, and maintaining alignment with established architecture standards and frameworks.

  • Develop reusable assets such as proof-of-concepts, implementation accelerators, and reference templates to streamline and standardize BigCommerce and headless commerce solution delivery.

Team Enablement & Mentorship

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively to both technical and business stakeholders.

  • Experience producing technical documentation, including solution architectures, level-of-effort estimates (LOEs), and detailed technical proposals.

  • Proven mentoring and leadership abilities, with a track record of coaching and developing engineering or technical teams.

  • Familiarity with MACH principles (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless) and modern composable commerce ecosystems.

  • Working knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform, and experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.

  • Agency or systems integrator background supporting B2B and B2C enterprise clients is strongly preferred.
