Location: Argentina (Ideally based in Santa Fe), fully remote.
At Mira Commerce, the Junior Recruiter plays a key operational role in discovering, attracting, and engaging top technical and digital commerce talent. Working under the direction of the HR Manager, you will support the full recruitment lifecycle focusing heavily on proactive sourcing, initial screenings, ATS hygiene, and candidate coordination.
The ideal candidate is an ambitious, highly organized recruiter looking to grow their career in a fast-paced, cross-border digital agency. You will help strengthen Mira Commerce’s employer brand, foster a warm, candidate-first experience, and build healthy candidate pipelines across Latin America, the US, and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively source technical and digital commerce candidates (e.g., PMs, Developers, QA Testers, MKT coordinators) across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and tech communities./li>
Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial video screenings to evaluate candidates' basic technical alignment, English proficiency, and cultural fit.
Recruitment Operations & ATS Management: Maintain candidate records, update stages, schedule interviews with hiring managers, and ensure data integrity for HR analytics.
Candidate Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for candidate logistics, ensuring timely feedback, prompt scheduling, and a smooth, engaging journey throughout.
Job Postings & Branding: Draft, publish, and refresh open positions across internal and external hiring platforms.
HR & Onboarding Collaboration: Partner closely with the HR Manager during the offer phase and assist with pre-onboarding coordination to guarantee seamless transitions into the team.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience: 1 or 2 years of experience in recruitment (agency, in-house, or internship setting), with exposure to IT/technical roles preferred.
Sourcing Skills: Familiarity with search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various web-based candidate channels.
Languages:Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English (B2+ required), both written and spoken, to interview candidates and collaborate across international teams.
Organization & Detail: Exceptional scheduling and task-management skills with high attention to candidate tracking and data accuracy.
Communication: Friendly, professional, and clear verbal and written communication style.
Adaptability: Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, multi-country agency environment.
