IT Recruiter
Argentina, Ukraine. Full-Time position, fully remote
About The Job
Type of Contract: Full Time
Location: Argentina, Ukraine fully remote.
At Mira Commerce, the IT Recruiter plays a key operational role in discovering, attracting, and engaging top technical and digital commerce talent. Working under the direction of the HR Manager, you will support the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing heavily on proactive sourcing, in-depth technical screening, ATS hygiene, and candidate coordination.
The ideal candidate is an experienced, highly organized recruiter who has already built a track record sourcing technical talent and is looking to grow their career in a fast-paced, cross-border digital agency. You will help strengthen Mira Commerce’s employer brand, foster a warm, candidate-first experience, and build healthy candidate pipelines across Latin America, the US, and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively source and search for technical and digital commerce candidates (e.g., PMs, Developers, QA Testers, MKT coordinators) across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and tech communities, using advanced boolean and channel-specific search techniques to identify hard-to-find technical profiles.
Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial video screenings to evaluate candidates' basic technical alignment, English proficiency, and cultural fit.
Recruitment Operations & ATS Management: Maintain candidate records, update stages, schedule interviews with hiring managers, and ensure data integrity for HR analytics.
Candidate Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for candidate logistics, ensuring timely feedback, prompt scheduling, and a smooth, engaging journey throughout.
Job Postings & Branding: Draft, publish, and refresh open positions across internal and external hiring platforms.
HR & Onboarding Collaboration: Partner closely with the HR Manager during the offer phase and assist with pre-onboarding coordination to guarantee seamless transitions into the team.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience:3 or more years of experience in recruitment (agency, in-house setting), with hands-on experience sourcing and screening technical/IT roles required.
Sourcing Skills: Proven ability to search for and identify technical candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and various web-based candidate channels and portals.
Languages:Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English (B2+ required), both written and spoken, to interview candidates and collaborate across international teams.
Organization & Detail: Exceptional scheduling and task-management skills with high attention to candidate tracking and data accuracy.
Communication: Friendly, professional, and clear verbal and written communication style.
Adaptability: Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, multi-country agency environment.
Technical Proficiency: Basic familiarity with technical roles and stacks (e.g., frontend vs. backend, QA methodologies) to vet candidates beyond keyword matching.
- KPI & Pipeline Management: Comfort working with recruiting KPIs (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion rates, source-of-hire) and managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
- Operational Flexibility: Comfort working across time zones, and awareness of basic candidate data privacy practices (GDPR-adjacent) when handling candidates in Europe.
Nice to Have:
Prior recruiting experience within an ecommerce, digital commerce, or online retail environment is a strong plus.
Hands-on experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or similar).
