“Good evening, we are from Ukraine!”
From Ukraine we fled, to Poland where we found safety and shelter. Mira Commerce extends a big heartfelt thank you to the Republic of Poland and its citizens. Since the war broke out on February 24, 2022, Warszawa became the hubspot to accepting and assisting refugees fleeing the war in Ukraine. The people of Poland welcomed Ukranians with open arms and hearts, while assisting with humanitarian aid and providing shelter. The Mira Commerce team is beyond appreciative to the Republic of Poland for allowing our family to find a place in their country we can now call home.
Since the beginning of the war, Mira Commerce has been able to evacuate a substantial portion of employees from our twenty-one UA team members. Mira Commerce has rented apartments and established office space for these employees in the heart of Warszawa. Even though we are happy to share the positive news, we must still remember our colleagues are separated from their homes, their country, and some are even separated from their families. While we continue to pray for peace, and a way back to our Ukrainian land, for the meantime our EMEA delivery center will be operating from:
Aleje Jerozolimskie 146D
Warszawa, Poland 02-305
+48 (513) 310 754
In response to the escalated crisis, Mira Commerce has launched Mira Action, Org., a non-profit organization which provides humanitarian aid and medical care to those affected by the war. Mira Action purchases, outfits, and delivers emergency vehicles and ambulances to rural areas in Ukraine. Mira Action sources, transports, and distributes supplies from Poland into Ukraine. On the return trips from the war zone, our team of volunteers has been able to evacuate and assist a growing number of refugees from Ukraine thanks to hundreds of generous donors. You can learn more about our humanitarian efforts through our social channels or visiting miraaction.org. If you are interested in making a donation you can do so here. Please share and help spread the word!
We are left speechless to see the outpouring of humanity and support we’ve received from our ecosystem – let’s continue to pray for peace. We’re beyond grateful for the continued support!
